We have reserved a block of rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. Please register for your hotel room when prompted during registration, we will make the hotel reservation on your behalf, however you will be responsible to provide a credit card upon check in at the hotel to cover all room charges and fees.

Travel Information
All attendees are responsible for their own round-trip travel to Nashville. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, September 29th to attend the welcome dinner reception. For your departure flight, please plan to book your flights after 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 1.

Ground transportation will be provided to Cannery Hall on Tuesday, September 30th for the evening concert and dinner reception.
