Caroline Daudlin

Collaboration Architect, The Vault
The Coca-Cola Company

Caroline Daudlin is one of the driving forces behind unlocking collaboration and innovation mindsets within The Coca-Cola Company.

As a Collaboration Architect, Caroline plays a key role at The Vault, Coca-Cola’s Collaboration Center, crafting bold, highly interactive collaboration sessions designed to challenge thinking, foster teamwork, and deliver business growth. Her work focuses on empowering teams—from executive leaders to cross-functional collaborators—to turn big ideas into actionable solutions, strengthening both internal and external partnerships in the process.

Caroline brings expertise in Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and innovation processes, with a career rooted in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Prior to her current role, she led innovation charters that focused on recruiting the next generation of drinkers.

A graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business, Caroline balances her professional pursuits with a love of Italian food and the quest to perfect the ultimate sandwich.

When she’s not strolling Atlanta’s infamous Beltline with her husband and their dog Griffey, she’s probably plotting Griffey’s influencer debut and imagining life as his full-time canine talent manager.
